Anywho, I saw that 5 Minutes for Mom is going to do some "Winter Weight Off" posts and I thought to myself "well, that sounds fun!" So I'm joining in!
I have been making better food choices and not buying the crappy junk food! Do you know how much you save when you don't buy crap to eat? The other day I was telling my husband that I don't want all this junk around when Collin is old enough to see it and know what it is AND want it! So, we are making the changes now. Will I still bake cookies and bread here and there? Of course! I won't deprive myself..I just won't over indulge either!
